The right candidate will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple transactions from client signing to closing � as well as providing guidance and direction to team members on structuring, negotiation and closing of transactions. Part-time Director of Sales & Marketing - Vancouver

 

You are a motivated high-achiever, a natural leader with a entrepreneurial spirit, have a proven track record building successful sales teams and you derive satisfaction from training and mentoring others achieve success and are familiar with CRM systems.

 

Primarily responsible for marketing, sales and pipeline development. Accountable for achieving and maintaining sales and marketing goals and financial objectives. Responsible for managing current client lists and for the management and development of the team.

 

� Managing the entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development to marketing of our services.
� Network with professional organizations to create opportunities for our services.
� Maintains accuracy and timeliness of all information in company databases.

 

Minimum 3+ years of management experience, preferably as a small business owner or similar sales focused organization. Proven marketing and sales experience in a service related business to business environment  .
